Anyone ever heard of a DS3 extension from dmarc to suite using fiber with converters to coax/BNC?

What kind of fiber should we use?, coax converter?

Depending upon the maker of the DS3 unit at the site you may need their suggested cable.
Example:
ATT&T uses the 700 type.

Some broadband companies will also use their cable to do the same thing.

Good Luck,

Do a google search on 734 or 745 type coax cable. You need a high grade low loss cable to ds3's. If you can a dual coax bonding together cable would be easiest to pull being you'll need to run a tx and rx cable.
