DS2420 on V2.1 and logging on

When you log out from a DT handset you get a nice message saying not logged on and a nice key to log back on.

When you log out from a DS2420 handset you just get a blank screen.So to log back on you have to dial a shortcode.

Will this be the same in Version 3 with a DS5420 handset?

IPOMonkey:

In the NoUser Button Programing on one of the first 8 buttons (I always use button 6) Create an ExtnLogin. You can then hit the button to login.
