ds2000 did

I have a problem with a ds2000 and a t1. The attendant phone does not ring and it is not in night service. Any ideas? I also have a fax did. The line blinks on the attendant console 4 times and then rings twice on attendent console and slt ext. Fax answers on second ring?

Any help is appreciated.
