I am working on a DS2000 and the customer desires the day schedule to run from 8:30am to 5:30pm. I go into programming in 8007 and I can't get past the Override step--it just won't go on to the next screen. When I try to get into computer programming I get a Password database corrupt message or something like that. Has anyone experienced trouble with programming not moving to the next prompt level? When I tried this same thing last week I was able to get down two more levels before it stopped--still not far enough to change schedule entry 1. NEC support has ended. Thanks!
