DS1 Formatter error 1

Hi all,

I have this error that I cannot clear. I busy the card and RTS after that only one message I got left I dont have a clue what it is or how to clear it. I have 3300 ICP Call Control 40.1.2.10_SP1

try the LOAD command on 7 1 3. Do it at low traffic period.
