I am in the process of installing a VRU from a third party. They seem to have a problem configuring their Dialogic D/300 SC card to accept CAS signalling (as standard for our Conversant and Nice recording), so I am trying to configure a DS1 to use ISDN PRI but that doesn't seem to be working either.
Has anyone got a similar situation and can you help me with the config of the DS1. Many thanks
