DS1 Circuit Packs 1

I got a weird issue. I have 7 T1s I am trying to turn up with Qwest. I have all 7 wired up to the 120A CSU and the DS1 has a green light which tells me I can see the circuit. When I add the DS1 with any programming whatsoever the green light goes away as if the T1 has disappeared and I get 2 red lights above and below where the green was. If I remove the DS1 board from the switch and reseat the card I am back to the green light. Does anyone out there know what's going on?

And what system are you trying to set these T1 circuits up to..?

Running CM 4.0.4 S8720's. Is there any good docs that will explain each light on the DS1?
