DS1 alarm 1

Hi all,
I'm at a loss. I have a DS1 slotted in a port/slot (example: 01B09). This board is not administered and is giving errors and alarms. It has a CSU on the back and I see nothing associated with the board. The error type is 1281 and 1300. The Avaya documentation is just not helpful to clear this error/alarm. Any ideas to administer to clear the alarms? The head man upstairs will not let me just pull the board out, they would like it still placed in the slot and not alarming. Why you ask... Who the hell knows.

I do not have the permmsion to disable the board MO. Any other way?

just make up a loop-back plug/jack and plug that into the CSU.

i took a network wall jack and crosswired 1->4 & 2->5. i used a short patch cable to plug one end into the loopback jack, the other into the CSU.
