ds 2000 co card

The co card on the ds 2000 is flashing very fast and co one does not work. When I do a check on the buttons line one shows up in the correct button. After the check all co buttons are red. Does this mean the card is bad?

Probably, I'd disconnect the CO and loop a SLT port to the CO port and test for dial tone. Have you done the usual, reset the card/system?

Yes I reset the card and system. I'm not at the site now. I'll try SLT port later.

The card is bad. replaced it.
