drwtsn32 problems, do I need this?? 1

Hello.
having a rake of irritations at my start up!! Tried to read my way through threads here but no luck found a link to "Reg Cure and XoftSpyese" which I purchased anyway it solved alot of problems but this drwtsn32 is still continuing when i start IE up pops a window telling me sorry but it has to close. I open joblist stop drwtsn32's process and then I can start IE but up comes another window instant update main program with the following info here is info from joblist if someone can decipher were my problem lies::

When I start IE drwtsn32 kicks in with a window saying error. after that comes
instant update main program has found an error and must close.
I go into joblist delete drwtsn32 process and then i can start IE
this is futher info of the same problem:
