Hi,
Does anyone know how to extend the life of a drum for a 780 Phaser? I'm not talking about the chip, but getting little spots beacuse of a tiny hole? I have to replace the imaging unit every 4000 or 5000 copies, (8 1/2 x 11). Is it a cleaning issue? Should I empty the waste toner cartridge more often?

Any help would be much appreciated,
