Need a little help guys. Get a MICS 6.0 software. When 3150 is called on the intercom, the calling station receives DRT to xxx3111. Control sets for sets and lines and all were set to 3100 or 3150. 3150 is CFW no ans to none, and CFB to none.
3100 controls sets for one side of the business and 3150 controls sets for the other side of the business. Same true for lines. Cannot locate where the xxx3111 is coming. 3111 is just an extension on the system. AA answers phones 100% of the time. DRT seems to only happen on intercom to 3150. Multiple users have reported this problem. Checked all settings on 3150 and could not find any references to 3111.
Not certain where else to look.

Any thoughts appreciated.

3150 is an extension. xxx is actually the nxx number. it displays an outside number, did, of an inhouse extension.

When you see "DRT [Line name]" on the display, it means that no one answered the call coming in on the indicated line. The system started ringing the prime set for that line.

Having that said, there are a couple of things you could look for:
[ul]
[li]A line or a target line that is named "xxx3111"
You can browse the Lines heading in programming to try to find it. Don't forget to also look at the target lines.[/li]
[li]The prime set for the line named "xxx3111"
If you indeed find a line named "xxx3111", look which extension is the prime set for that line: Lines > [The line] > Trunk/Line Data > Prime Set.[/li]
[li]The extension number of 3150
The idea is to make sure that extension 3150 is actually extension 3150. So, from what you believe is extension 3150, press Feature *0, then press an Intercom button. The display will show the actual extension number.[/li]
[/ul]

Let us know what you find, even if it isn't much. Some more clues might help someone figure out the issue.

As for Control Sets, they are for managing Services (Restriction, Ringing and Routing). I don't think you will find anything useful there since DRT has nothing to do with Services.
