If you are using target lines this will happen even if you have "drt to prime" turned off. If a call comes in on a target line "DID, PRI" and that target line line is not set up to "ring" or "appear and ring" on any phones, the system will look at the prime set assigned to that target line. If this is the case you need to set each phone up with its own target line/DID. Kevin Clear
