Is there anyway I can dropshadow the text in a frame with out shadowing the box also????

Cut the text out. Paste it into it's own box. Paste the box inline with the text and apply the drop shadow to that box.

Hmmm...I don't think I am doing something right. When ever I do this the actual box has a dropshadow on the lower and right sides... I want only the text to have the effect.

I think i figured it out.. i had actually created a new box and dropshadowed it... Thanks for your help.

This question also depends on the version of InDesign being used. There is easier control in CS3.
