Wondering if anyone can help.
We started small community networking with our Philadelphia office in late December. Since then, both offices have been dropping calls periodically. There is no pattern to the call dropping. It could be a callin or out, local or LD. Some people drop while others stay connected. There is no pattern.
Here is our system (all at ver 2.0 (16)):
Minneapolis
IP412 (Slot A single port PRI - not used; Slot B dual; port PRI both used one local and one LD; Wan port to Point to point connection to Philly.
2 IP430 digital stations
2 IP416 digital stations
1 IP416 Analog Trunk
1 IP408 POTS
40 phones (4424 D+) on system
Philadelphia
IP406 (Slot A not used; Slot B single port PRI; Wan port to Point to point with Minneapolis
2 IP416 Digital Stations
1 IP416 Analog Trunk
15 Phones (4424 D+) on system
Any help is appreciated.
