Hi,

I am trying to drag/drop an image from the desktop (or any location), into a textbox field.

I want to be able to capture the filename/locations.

From there I know what I want to do, but unsure how to do the above.

Any help would be appreciated.

You don't use a textbox to display a(n) picture/image. To display a(n) picture/image, you use a picturebox. You can also use an image list to disolay a number of images, sort of like a list box control. It would be fairly easy to then populate a textbox with the name of the file, as you would need the name to fill the other control(s).

Do a google search for picturebox and/or imagelist to get sample code on how to use either control.
