I have a customer with a 1002rp CallPilot rls 5.0 connected to a CS1000M multigroup rls 5.50J. Customers are experiencing dropped calls while transfering out of applications to various mailboxes. This customers uses Phantom 500's to transfer in and out of CallPilot and apps. Callers complain of being dropped while they are leaving messages. This only occurs on outside calls into the system. There are no event errors in CP event browser nor errors in the event logs on the server that correspond to reported dropped calls.
