I have a 3300icp and customer is complaining of dropped calls.
Checked on the link and did not see any errors.
I tried to run IP Phone analyzer and the phones are not
registering. What can be causing these dropped calls.

Wow. WAY more information would be helpful. What types of phones are being used, and what types of trunks are the calls coming in on? Is the problem on all calls of a specific trunk group, or all trunks, or any call (even internal to the system)?

This system is on the customers LAN.
There is one trunk group.
Dropped calls are incoming and outgoing.
Did not gather if internal calls were being dropped.

Forgot to mention that customer has 5212 and 5224
handsets. This problem Just won't go away.

I can remember at another customer where we had a problem
where one party could not hear another and the phones that were affected were reset and that cleared the problem.

What does the end-users see on their display when the calls are dropped? Time and date?? Is the fail-over coming up when the calls are being dropped??

Okay, so the one trunk group is what kind of trunks? Analog, T1, E1, BRI, PRI??? If only external calls are being dropped (i.e., only calls involving the one trunk group), I'd check the external trunks first; but without knowing what kind of trunks they are, I can't be much more help than that.
