Hi all. We're running a Nortel BCM 400 and users have reported intermittent dropped calls when dialing into external conference calls. I've watched the line monitor as this happens and other active calls on our PBX are not dropped at the same time. It doesn't appear to be an issue on the conference host's end and our SIP provider states the BYE is coming from our equipment.
