droplet and ImageReady unable to communicate?

Anyone ever see this problem? I created a droplet to optimize a bunch of images, but when I try to run it, I get an error saying that the droplet cannot communicate with ImageReady, regardless if ImageReady is open or not.

I'm running Windows XP SP2 if that info is needed.

Any guidance in this issue would be greatly appreciated.
