Droped dsl speed after pix 506

Following setup "

cisco 678 dsl router connected to pix 506 that connects to to ethernet hub.

If I connect my computer directly to the dsl router I get 1.5mbts download and 200kbps upload .

If I connect to either the ethernet hub or directly to the pix 506 my speed drops to 500 kbps download but stays at 200kbps for upload.

I have both MTU's set to 1500.

What am I missing and how do I fix it.
