DropDownList changes content on aother DropDownList

Hello,

The thing is im creating a form for a school,

and i have a dropdownlist (ddlDepartment) where an individual should select the department they would like to be apart of,

whenever they select whichever department,
another dropdownlist (ddlprogramme) should appear with the different programmes of the selected department.

Check out the FAQ section of the JavaScript forum (forum216). There are several there, including: faq216-6294.

The other alternative would be to do this server-side. It cannot be done with HTML alone.
