Hi JJ,
Select Tools-ToolBars-Customize. Click on New, and give your menubar a name. Select the "Commands" tab and drag "Custom" to your tiny new menu, for each item you want to create. Right Click on it to see its properties and fill in a name (caption), then select properties. In the "On action" property you can pick the name of an existing macro or call a function by typing "=NameOfFunction()". Once you have everything in place, go back to the first dialog showing toolbar properties and change "Type" from Menu Bar" to "Pop up". You'll get a message here that tells you it now has to disappear 'cause its a shortcut bar....bla bla bla....! You are done. (If you need to see it again to work on it change it back to a toolbar, do your repairs, then switch back again.) Try a few. They get easier as you go!
