Dropdown menu in absolute layer problem

Hi there,

I created a javascript menu with a program called NavStudio, but am having problems inserting it into a floating layer. I need to accurately place the menu, and using a layer is the easiest way.

However...

This is what I get when I try to insert it into a layer:

The sub menu positions are way off. Any idea why?
