Greetings to everybody!

I've created a dropdown list using data validation in Excel 07.

First I've typed the Names in a different sheet. There are 15 rows. I've named the range of Names as Team.

Then I created the list on another sheet.

Problem is the list is displaying only 12 names instead of 15. How can I make it show all 15 names?

Thanks in advance.

Hi jsgs...

Can you provide a bit more detail - for example, how are you populating the list? What is the validation? VBA code or bound source or a list on a spreadsheet?

Thanks
Terry

Hi,

Chances are, your Range Name does not cover your entire list.

Select the Range Name for your list in the Name Box and observe the results.

Make your list DYNAMIC, using one of the techniques in faq68-1331.

Thanks Skip. Exactly this mistake of mine. Solved.
