Ouch ... folks were trying to recreate a database on a server by scripting out a copy of a database that they wanted to replicate on another server. Of course in scripting out the database, the first options run are to drop tables. Here is were the problem happened. They applied the script to a live database THAT WAS NOT to be touched. It thus dropped all the tables and data. here is my question.
Here is what i want to do, but they are hesitant. I want to restore the data base and then run th T-logs against it to recreate the data as close to the failure point. That is what i should do ... is it not?
Thanks again for all the help folks. Thanks for all the help ... As Usual
