Using the tips on this forum I've reached a few good positions on my main site.

I was advised to be patient (thanks Chris) and sure enough two weeks ago to the day I started getting first page SERPs on Google.

Since Friday (Google index Thursday evening):

desktop pcs surrey - dropped from 1 to 42
desktop pcs london - from 2 to >200
network support surrey - from 2 to >200
network support london - from 5 to >200
abc computer solutions - from 1 to 142

The only thing I changed between indexes, and I can't see the corellation, I stopped out Bravenet counters taking our PCs as hits.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Mike

Google has worked out where it thinks you should rank now. Normal pattern is to get relatively high placings for on page and in site stuff until everything has been worked out (off page and on page).
This is where your work starts [smile] You should now have a better idea where to go from here. So some title tweaking and a few extra pages here and there and you should be set to go.

Nope, the crawl frequency is dependant on several factors, Mostly it seems the number of backlinks will determine this (monitoring one site for this) but it can be modified by adding and updating content frequently.
