Is there a way in crystal of inserting a field that is like a drop down box as in access. I would like to be able to have a user use a field that they could choose from multiple inputs.

You were probably looking at parameters, which would be a good word to search on in the help file.
Malcolm Wynden
wynden@island.dot.net

I am already using a parameter field, But if you were new to this report and had 20 choices is there a way to show these 20 choices so you can pick one?

Set the default values of the parameter to those 20 choices, either by typing them in or importing them from a database picklist. Edit your parameter, on click on the "Set default value" button. The default values are shown in the "Default values" list box.
Malcolm Wynden
wynden@island.dot.net
