Drop Down Menu

I have created links on one of my Sharepoint pages and when the operator goes to view the drop down menu of the link ( View Properties - Edit Properties .......)
the entire widows does not show. It is cut off on the right side and bottom with no scroll bars. Any Ideas. Thanks!
