Drop Down Menu & Gray Background

I was looking at the Orange County Choppers webpage and I like the look of the Gary Bar that goes across the top of the page... I was looking through the code and dont quite see what is creating this.. I have even tried copying the code and previewing it and it does not appear for me...

Also my second question is where can I find more info on a drop down menu similar to the one at the top of the page? I like that style alot...

the grey bar is actually the page background and then the other elements are placed on top.


do a google search for drop down menus there are lots of variation or look in forum216 javascript.
