Drop down menu gets cut off

Hi if i change the size of my movie to the proper size my drop down menu gets cut off. If i size the movie to let the drop down work right the logo is pushed down the page. Does anyone know how I can fix this? here is the site for reference.

Make sure the Flash movie is transparent and set it on a higher layer/division than the rest of your html content.
