How could I CLEAR the DROP DOWN lists of entries?.

Thanks for any help,

You'll need to be a little more specific about which application you're referring to.

In IE use the Tools/ Internet Options/ History to clear your History.

and remove the registry entries in
HKey_Current_User\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\TypedURLs

Hope this Helps.

For Run dropdown, right-click the Taskbar, click Properties, click Start Menu tab, then the Customize button, then the Clear List button (XP-style) or Clear button (Classic).

Thanks so much for your GREAT responses.

I'm sorry I didn't respond earlier.

I was maily concerner on the Passwords for diffrerent accounts that I AGREED to save. I wanted to clear them all out and start "fresh".

Thanks again for all the help.

There is a "Manage Passwords" section obtained via typing Control Userpasswords2 in the Start Run box. In the resulting window you will get to it via the Advanced tab.

See if there is anything mentioned in "Manage Passwords"?

Another thing you can look at is this -

306992 - HOW TO: Manage Stored User Names and Passwords on a Computer in a Domain in Windows XP

306541 - HOW TO: Manage Stored User Names and Passwords on a Computer That Is Not in a Domain in Windows XP

"Note - Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition lacks the Stored User Names and Passwords feature for network share connections. Windows XP Home Edition stores only Remote Access Services/Virtual Private Networking and Microsoft .NET Passport credentials."

Share-level mapped network drives are not connected after you restart your computer

Or, if you mean the saved passwords in Internet Explorer, go to Tools --> Internet Options --> Content tab --> Autocomplete button --> Clear Passwords button.
