Drop down list option

Hi Guys
Is it possile in Crystal Reports that you can have a field where you have the option to select an entry from the drop down. At themoment the users run the report with the contact informtion and then print of the page. They then have t type in by free hnd the information. But I was ondering whether they can select something from the drop down and then print.

You could add a parameter, which has standard text which can be added. Parameter is limited to 250 characters.

If you need more use a formula triggered by a parameter to print standard text
