I use Approach 9.7 and Windows XP. One of my fields is a drop down list with 4 entries, for example, A, B, C and D. Out of 300 records, 200 are A, 100 are B. When I find 'A', it finds 200 records (all OK so far). When I try and find 'B', it says 'No Records Found blah blah blah'. [ponder]
I've been using Approach for years, and this one has stumped me! Any ideas?
Thanks in advance.

Is there an ampersand in the entry? If so it will be interpreted as the And operator in the find condition. Once you've selected the item in the list, try typing apostrophes around it before running the find.
