Drop Down DataWindow

Hi,

I am using Powerbuilder 6.5. When I am creating Drop down datawindow, Sometimes it works, it shows me drop down list, but sometime when i create datawindow it doesn't work. I dont know the problem. If anybody knows the problem or solution please let me know.

Hi,

Where the drop down does work, are the datawindows using it retrieving rows? Are the datawindows where the dropdown does not work doing any retrievals?

PB automatically retrieves the dropdowns when the containing datawindow retrieves rows; if your failing datawindows never retrieve you will need to programmatically populate the dropdown.

hi,

Actually when I create drop down datawindow, and preview it if it is working, it will open empty list when I click on that dropdownbox. but it doesn't open many times.
