All,

I am still having a few interesting problems.

I have created a report that lists appointments for a set day which is working OK.

I want to also have a drop-down box in the final report for one field which asks are there notes included for the appointment or not - Yes / No

I was kind of hoping that I could put in a drop-down box into the report so the secreatary can make the final changes just before they print the report.

Another option would be to have a free text field that the user could enter some data before it is printed.

Cheers

One way could be to create an on demand subreport that displays a parameter field.

If you want to be really clever you could usea command as the datasource for the subreport and get the command to update the database with entered text.

Here is the BO example for this.
