Drop down box in Word form

I created a word form with a few drop-down fields. In word it is fine and if I print it, it is fine. But when I send it as an e-mail the fields do not show up. Does anyone know why this is happening? Thanks in advance for your help!!!!!

Please try and post more detail information.

l What version you are using.

2. What KIND of drop down? Be specific. If you are not sure, please describe the steps you took to create these drop downs...there are different kinds.

3. Could it be possible you are sernding the file as Rich-Text?

4. When you state they don't show up, are you saying the fields themselves are not visible? The drop down items are not there? Have yoi had tyhe person receiving the file check that they have it set so fields ARE visible?
