Hi,
This odd behavior just started for me today.
Two IPO 406V2 4.1201 updates
1 central VM Pro connected to 1 IPO with serial dongle. Keys are valid.
2 IPO connected via SCN with the license server pointing to 1 IPO with serial dongle.
Calls come in via 2 IPO AutoAttendant works via SCN once the caller punch in an extension 1 sec later the caller gets drop. Also if the caller press 0 for the hunt group operator it gets drop too.
Funny thing is 1 IPO with VM Pro connected locally has no issues. Also each IPO can dial each other extension without any issues. Just when a calls comes in to the 2 IPO and it all fails.
Tried rebooting VM Pro server and both IPO and now luck. Is this a bug that Avaya knows about?
Please help.
