DRO - "failed to copy .....\sif50s.sp3" when creating boot disk/cd 1

I'm using BrightStor ARCserve Backup v9 with disaster recovery option (on Win 2000 server). When trying to create a boot disk or cd DR moans about a file sif50s.sp3 not being copied. Anyone any ideas?

Do you know if your win2k server came with SP3 integrated on the cd or if you applied it after the fact? CA currently does not support and integrated SP3 with DRO.
