I have a 20Gb HD formatted as 10 logical drives under win 95.

Occasionaly when I install new software or change screen settings requiring a reboot the c: drive named windows is copied to the first nine drive lettes with the remainder of the partitions following on.

This causes problems with links as I keep my apps seperate from my windows set up where possible.

I can get around this by restarting the computer however I thought I'd ask if anyone else has run up against this ( and hopefully resolved it) before.
