Drivers for Eplicse pos workstation 1

Hi I have several pos stations in my restaurant that I am about to open. I decided not to use Micros because of the cost. I purchased another pos software that required Windows xp or newer. The systems only had Windows 2000. When I updated them it completly deleted all of the software for the cash draws, touch screens, and receipt printers. Can anyone help me? is ther anyway to get them back without paying Micros? The system is Micros Eclipse and the printers are Epson

I have a copy of the Touchscreen drivers at home for XP. Ill upload them later on and put a link here.

What sort of connection are your printers using? Serial, IDN, IP?

The printers are TM-T88iii modles and they are on interernet conection I believe as they have ethernet plugs. Thanks so much for your help!

If they are IP printers then no drivers are needed. It will be up to your POS system to send the print out to the ipaddress assigned to the printer.

Not sure about cash drawer drivers. Ill see if i can find them.

I was able to download the drivers for the touch screen. Thanks, but I am not able to the mag card reader. Is there a seperate driver for that? For the epson printer I was able to get the driver from epson ok. I installed it and the system sees it, but it won't print. Is there some kind of printer driver that micros needs? The mag reader, pop drawer and printer are all connected to the pos system by way of serial ports and none of them are working. Is there something I am missing? The mag reader is ther something that they need to connect them to the Eclipse pos system?


Please help, I am opening friday and have no way to print or run cards...

sorry im not aware of any drivers for the mag card or why your printers are not working.
