One of my computers in my office is getting this error message: Driver_IRQL_not_less_or_Equal

The computer is running windows 2000 pro, and each day is gets the blue screen of death. Does anybody have any idea what this means

Thanks all

Could be a couple of things, try disabling your AV. It that works, update it.
Get the lastest M$drivers for your NIC.

Have you tried to boot in safe mode? It sounds like a conflict within the IRQ. If you added new hardware it is possible the bios is setting the IRQ and windows, or jumpers on the hardware are set to use an IRQ that is already being used. Start in safe mode and look at the device manager to see if any conflicts show, shown by a question mark or exclamation point on the hardware that has a problem.

Usually when that shows up the cause is a memory issue.
You might have a bad stick of memory or the memory is not compatiable with your motherboard.
