I have a WSUS server created in Windows Server 2008 R2 and now I what to customize it. Currently, I pull all the updates except drivers. However, there are some old printers still in use such as HP Laser Jet 4050 that uses windows update to get the drivers for network printer install. Most users are Windows 7 on 32 or 64 bit computers and a few xp machines. How do I go about getting the drivers for only the printers I need? I assume that adding drivers to the list of updates I get would give me alot of drivers that I don't need. Since I keep all of the updates locally I would like to avoid this.

Open the WSUS console.
Click on your WSUS server.
Click on "Import Updates..." in the actions section
Search for the driver in the Microsoft Update Catalog and click the Add button.

When you have found all the drivers you want, click View Basket and then Import.
