Driver to print to file for transporting to a HP 650C plotter

How may I obtain a driver for printing to file and copying for allowing a local printer to plot the drawings. The printer is a HP 650C plotter. When I download from HP and attemp to, install the installation looks for "AUTOCAD" and will not install. Are there files I can state that will allow an installation for plotting "VISIO" CAD drawing?
