Driver that works for Creative soundcard...

W2K Pro, Creative SB Live 1024 Value soundcard CT4830 - trying to get this to work with Dragon Naturally Speaking v5.0 speech-to-text prog... Drivers on the supplied CD with the soundcard don't work in W2K. The European Creative website offers an updated driver, but reading the small print it says not tested with CT4830. Is that useful or what... Needless to say, it didn't work. The U.S. Creative site offers a full set of drivers etc., which is dated July 2002. However, before I start this mammoth download (52Mb), I'd like some assurance that this driver is REALLY going to work.

Can anyone confirm this please, or let me know precisely which driver from which website DOES actually work with this card.
