Does anyone know if ACT has a JDBC driver? i.e. if its an SQL ODBC compliant database underneath, is there an jdbc/odbc bridge out there? or will I have to write one?

To the best of my recollection, it is not ODBC compliant. That has been one of the issues for several years. It is my understanding that the next release will be SQL based, that statement will of course be denied as they do not give much even to the ACC's anymore until the get a release candidate. You may try one of the add-on developers ( who may be more familiar with that realm. One who typically will at least know who is working on something of that nature is the folks at pinpointools (
