Where is the Oracle driver located in CF MX 7.

I do not use Oracle, but the standard drivers drivers that ship with CF are located in the \lib directory. Usually located:
C:\CFusionMX7\lib\macromedia_drivers.jar

your Oracle drivers are probably somewhere like
oraclexe_root\app\oracle\product\xxxx\server\jdbc\lib\ojdbcXX.jar
