Driver going Offline after some time

hello,

I have installed Veritas BE 9.1. I have connected the robotic Library HP SSL 2020, and 1 AIT 50 LDRV drive in it. I have encountered some troubles with this drive going to offline. I reinstall Veritas drivers and it solves the problem, but after some time it goes again to offline. Have anybody same problem? What can I do to resolve this problem? Thank for answer.

I executed the connectivity test and the drive is online and responding. Its only in BackupExec. Maybe corrupted drivers, but I dont want to reinstall the drivers every 2 weeks. Any idea? Where to find updated Veritas drivers? I try support.veritas.com and I found nothing. :-(
