driver for Tvcard

I have a TVcard and it's driver under Win298 but in cd of drivers (bought with TVcard) there is not driver for linux.
and in the site of the constructor too no driver for linux.

Can i still hope have a hacked driver for my TVcard for my linux :-(

Any advice or URL is welcome.

Well, that would largely depend on what type of TV card it is.
I have a Hauppage TV tuner card that's worked well for quite some time.

dmesg should show if your card is recognized and what chipset it is. From there, google.com is your best friend. Search around and see what others have done to enable the card under Linux.
