Driver for HP surestore autoloader 1/8 c9264cb vs80

HI there.
DOes anyone know how to obtain the driver for the HP SureStore Autoloader 1/8 c9264cb. I have gone through HP and veritas web site and didn't find any. I gone through support with HP but the link was broken. I really need help on this.
Yes, it show up a yellow sigal in device manager with driver issue.
We are running Veritas Backup 8.6 Exec. IT didn't detect the driver.

If someone has any clue, can you let me know.
I will try to switch cable tommorow, but i'm pretty sure it's on 68 PIn scsi cable.

Hi Kevin,

you might try the latest Veritas tape drivers from

http://seer.support.veritas.com/docs/253800.htm

If you already did so and it still failed to work you might want to download the HP tape dignostic tools from

http://www.hp.com/support/lttdownload

Check your drive and upgrade your firmware if any newer availabe.

Thanks i will try that. I did try to download the diagnostic tool off HP that does the diganostic and firmware update. It tested and diagnostic everything succesfully. I try swicthing the cable too. The last i havn't try is the veritas driver install file. Hope this help.
